okayokay, i'm KIDDING.
anyway, the past week have been physically draining!
(but i'm nt aching! surprising.)

monday was a happyhappyhappy day. :D
we gymmed after the happyhappyhappy thing.
and i felt happyhappyhappy. (:

there was canoeing orientation for the j1s on Wed.
we brought like 120 people to run around the school,
and by the time we ended the run, so many people left! HMPH.
that was only the start, hor!
after that we had Amazing Race.
erm, was alright la. my grp people were pretty ON.
very inspriring and gungho people. (:
frisbee after that was FUN! heh heh. :D
we've the tall smelly boy.
hmm, after that tim made us do this pushups thingy.
where one guy wld do 10pullups, the rest wld hold.
after the guy's done, the rest wld do 5pushups.
we'd do it till every guy had done their 10pullups.
Ahh, the girls did all standard pushups,
and it was, Tiring.
hearing the encouragement that
"hey girls, i'm proud of you" really kept us holding on. (literally.) (:

the next day we did circuits for morning run!
okay, 3 girls and a few guys came to join us :D
that's really heartenning,
seeing that the previous day was alr draining. Promising!
oh btw, i need to train my thigh muscles!
very lousy at frog jumping up the grandstand. Hmph.

Fri, the j1s had their 1st rowing trng!!
i hope they had fun. (:
oh oh, i got a high5 ! -grin grin. ;)

Sat, back at the same place, 12hrs later.
did the 1/2 hr run, which i liked the pace. (:
rowed k2 with BK! in the chinesehigh boat. teehee.
was pretty alright, though i need to Upper Arm!!
did exercises! its now..Bluebar...
had carl's junior Mushroom burger.
Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy. :D
